Scott's and my anniversary is on the 15th of February. At the time it was exciting to have a wedding right after Valentine's ..... romantic, three day weekend because of President's day, didn't have to wait until spring, great color scheme, and a list of other reasons, but as time goes on I think to myself, "What in the world were we thinking?"
It is probably the most expensive time of year to spend some time in a hotel, the waiting for dinner is ridiculous, flowers..... are you kidding me? I would be more upset if Scott got those for me, because I'm to practical to justify the cost of something that dies 3 days later, and hmmmm the children, they're out of school for a fun three day weekend. Oh how sweet!
For the most part though the main reason for me blogging this is to say that I am married to a wonderful man. He is a good father, and a hard worker. I love him with all my heart, and am blessed to have him in my life. It has been 12 wonderful years. Time does fly. It was a goood weekend, despite Halle and Kate getting the stomach flu. We will definately make a point of making this weekend up sometime soon.

Yes, I hear ya about the anniversary. I still kind of like it though because it gives you an excuse to do something in Feb. I hope your kids are better and that you can get a good make-up weekend soon. See you tonight!
What? Whatever, you didn't have to deal with Halle with the stomache flu... I think I got the brunt of it, but that's okay poor thing, I felt so bad for her. Happy be-latet Anniversary!
